Code Of Conduct

Soldiers of Eminence
Code Of Conduct
As a member of SOLDIERS OF EMINENCE
You will be required and will have to uphold these standards at all times.
Honor
is the most valued quality of Soldiers of Eminence.

Soldiers of Eminence has decided to create a council. The council will take care of all issues, matches, recruiting, rules, and running of daily operations. The Council will promise to treat all with respect and dignity, to work as one. The council will make fair judgments for the rest of the team when it comes to squad matters. The council is here for you. 4 opinions are better than 1. Any questions you might have please forward them to a member of the council. If you have any problems whether its game issues, real life issues, anything, contact us. All issues will be kept private, and will stay private. We are here to make things run smooth and to keep us as one of the Elite Squads.

Council Members

Practicing

There will be practice every Tuesday and Thursday. All members are expect / required to play in at least one practice per week. If for some reason you cannot make a practice, please inform a council member that you cannot make it. Milenko or another Council/Tactics member will be running every practice, all members need to respect, and show attention to these leaders during practice. If you feel you cannot then this is not the squad for you.

Cheating

There will be no cheating or glitching/exploiting of any kind, period.
If any member is caught and has been confirmed cheating by their peers they will be removed from the squad immediately. Soldiers of Eminence will inform all Gaming Communities of this person and make a special place here on the site for them. We will also submit this persons name, ICQ, e-mail address to as much information we have on this person to the gaming community. One last note, under no circumstances do you publicly accuse any member or visitor in our server, or any public server for cheating. Remember if you have our tag on, you are speaking for the entire squad. Please let the council know before you decide to make a rash judgment in the heat of the moment. All accusations must be taken care of in private. Please take the screen shot, and describe what you believe happened. Then post the screen shot in our forum "Cheaters Section" the council and .soe. members will review it.

Playing or Serving in Public or Private games.

No foul language is permitted from any member of Soldiers of Eminence or anyone in any of our servers. You will always conduct yourselves as a fair fighting squad in any server you play in. Soldiers Of Eminence can provide one when needed. Any server for Soldiers Of Eminence may "punt" or "ban" anyone at any time for breaking this guide line. Soldiers of Eminence runs a clean server, meaning no offensive names or tags in our servers, and no foul language and respect for all of our guest.
When you have the tag on you represent all of us. Please try to remember this.

Communicating

If you have any suggestions or idea's please direct them towards the council. You can contact the council via E-mail, Private Message in the forum, or on X-Fire. A member of the Council will contact you very shortly after we review your question, problem, or request.

New Recruits

All new members must submit a non-free emial account to Soldiers of Eminence (no hotmail or free email accounts). New recruits will be on a 30 day probation period.
New members must be "trial period" by at least one member of the Council, along with 2 other members.
There must be at least 3 different opinions of the new recruit about his attitude and game play. Then those members will make a decision about the recruit before they become a probationary member.
After 30 days if we feel the new recruit is at our level of standards
We will then ask that recruit to become a full member, and recieve a @teamsoe.com addy.
All members must use our .soe. tag. This is us, not *soe*. The tag is alot like a flag for a country, wear it with pride and honor!

Web Site

All members must visit the team web site every 48 hours.
This squad/web site was made for you.
Please show respect and keep up to date with your squad.
It is not Soldiers of Eminence responsibility to track members down and relay the subject to them.

Matches

All matches are first come first serve. Meaning once the amount of required players respond in the forum for the match, then the roster is full. Therefore if you sign up after the amount of players needed you will be a "pick up person" for that match. The council cannot guarantee you a rotation spot!
However if something comes up like a player has to leave for any reason, a Council member may ask you to join.
A member of the council will try their best to move you into a rotation of the game.
You might be put in between maps.
You must signup or signoff for all matches via our forum.
We try to post matches as far in advance as possible, please make time, or make sure you can be there, if you sign up for that match. Missing matches you signed up for will hurt your standing here at Soldiers of Eminence.

Leave of Absence

Real life always comes first, and respect comes second. All squad members must let Council members know if you are going to be gone for a little while. i.e. like a 5-7 days. If you do not let us know your situation, that you will be away, we will have to assume you are not interested in being a part of this team. If you feel you need to take a Leave of Absence, please e-mail a council member. The Council members then will grant you a L.O.A. Gaming is not our life, we do not expect you to make it your life. We expect you to check in every 2 days, post yes or no in the forum when asked and get to know your war buddies. And to follow Soldiers Of Eminence Code of Conduct and Rules.
Together we can Own and have fun to.
